Terms of Trading & General Information Answerphone - An answerphone
service is available if you are unable to place your order during
normal business hours. When using the answerphone please: Prices - The prices published in this price list are correct at the time of printing, but may alter without notice. The effective price is that ruling at the time of despatch. This price list cancels all previous price lists. Special products - We are happy to receive enquiries for any frozen product not featured in this list, or to hold items for special functions. Our sales team is waiting to help you. Payment - All goods are supplied cash on delivery, except where credit facilities have been arranged. Monthly accounts are due for payment on or before the 14th of the month following delivery. Deliveries - All goods should be checked at time of delivery and no credits for damage or shortages can be allowed unless signed for at time of delivery. Birds Eye Walls Impulse Products - For these products, 6 day per week delivery is available in season, with next day delivery of orders placed, subject to a 5 case minimum order. A twice per week telesales call and delivery service is available at all times.
